Just found this guy underneat my gsp. What is it? Good or bad ?

Thanks for your replies guys, he's back in tank and hid underneath the rocks. I also found something else but its too tiny to take photo of, reminds me a lot on shrimp by the way it moves and I've noticed it had tentacles also two dark colored stripes on the back. Decided to put it back in tank too hopefully will find it again when its a bit bigger.

Its much bigger tho, like 3-4 mm and as far as I know pods don't go that size ?

Some do.

I've got pods that are bigger than mysis shrimp. When I feed they come out, grab them up and carry them in to the rocks. Without a predator they can get pretty big.
