well I am going to downsize and going to move my tank from the basement to living room since I dont spend that much in the basement.

Going from a 180 gal, to most likely 100-120 gal. The issue is I don't have any option to run anything underneath the tank so everything need to come up top or I get a really small 45 gal that has a built in overflow/ sump. Any companies built sumps on top?

Any ideas would be helpful.

Just curious... why can't you put anything underneath?

Would be hard to find a tank that large that is all in one with filtration in the back. You could go smaller and get innovative marine.

Try something like an IM, or Reefer. Maybe even a drop off

thanks not sure this is going to work. i think the all in ones are not big enough from a tank and a sump perspective
