I run my Calrx at full stream, and also running sulphur.

Ever since I run my Calrx at full stream I am having a hard time with my PH going up when dripping kalk.

I like the PH boost because it increases skimming, is there any work around? it stays at 7.84. Before the Calrx stream, I was able to achieve the PH boost.

Is your skimmer getting fresh, outside air? Or is your house closed up?
How big is your system and demand for calcium? Is the reactor necessary or just what you're using? Can you go to a 2 part or kalk instead?
If you're running a reactor, were you just using the kalk to keep your PH up?

Where did you hear this? I've never heard that there's a connection between pH and skimmer production.

Really the only way to control pH in reef aquaria is to control CO2. To raise pH you need to lower CO2. Additives like limewater and sodium hydroxide will give a significant pH boost, but you can only add so much since they'll raise alkalinity. Running an air line from your skimmer to the outdoors will bring in fresh air with lower CO2 to your skimmer. So will using a CO2 scrubber. Discontinuing or limiting the calcium reactor will raise pH by reducing the CO2 getting added to the tank. You can also install an air exchanger to constantly exchange high-CO2 indoor air with outdoor air.
