I have a Solana 60 gallon Cube 24x24x24 setup in my bedroom next to my bed, I have the 20 gallon Sump plumbed in the basement below. im running 1 in pvc pipe to the bottom of the 60 cube and from there its 3/4 in = 2ft to the dual outlets from bottom tank to the overflow box. its exactly 14.5 foot from the pump plus 5 x 90 deg elbows to the top of tank outlets. I will be running 2x nano tunze pw hds in this cube. What size external pump do I need for at least 650 GPH return in this cube?? and what is the Quietest/ most longest lasting pump to buy=external with 1" outlets/ Any HELP will be appreciated. iwaki or little giant!??

its a total pipe footage of 14.5 ft and 12 ft straight up head pressure to tank outlets

You would get this " Total losses are 17.14 feet of head pressure, or 7.41 PSI.*with a flow rate of*667 GPH"
With 15' of 1" pipe and 5 elbows. Using an iwaki 70rz-2

FWIW, 2x-4x you display volume (in gph) is plenty of return flow for filtration purposes. Numbers higher than this hark back to the days before propellor pumps when return flow was almost all your flow. :) Since it doesn't sound like you are counting on the return for flow in the display, you'd be more than covered.
