If it plates it reminds me of Flower Petal Cap. If it just encrusts it reminds me of Half Moon Bay Monti.

That is Montipora grisea, i am 98% sure. This doesn't have a name except Montipora grisea. It is not that common.

Thank you Frick! It definitely does look like that. Thought it would have a common trade name too but I haven't seen anything like this before.
