Need more help plz

I found these things again on the beach in galveston 2 days ago idk what the purple thing is or if it is alive or that tan thing similar shape feel it has bone like running through them at first floated on top but after about 24 hrs sank to bottom the jellyfish idk if it's supposed to swim like that most I've seen swim upward this one just keeps swimming down and when reaching the bottom or corner stays there like repeatedly head butting itself then i move it or the water flow will after a while ty for any help

A jelly fish is best suited for a round corner less tank to avoid them damaging themselves, they don't have reverse and aren't really a good choice for standard tank. They need slow circular flow.

I put it in a round tank but isn't much room or water flow so I took all the decorations plants out of this 55 gl hope its happy now
