Need Neptune ATK Expert

My Neptune ATK has worked fine up until last week. In the last four days I’ve received more than 450 error notifications on my phone. It is driving me crazy! I have tried everything that I can possibly think of. Changing sensor locations; putting it in the water; taking it out of the water; taking the module off; cutting the module off; re-installing the module; taking lines out of the script and cutting off the error messages on the module - it still sends me messages even if there unit is off. I think something is wrong at Neptune Fusion.

I’ve checked all of the connections 20 times. I’ve reversed the connections. Half the time it doesn’t seem to recognize the ATK_HI. I cleaned both sensors six times.

Here are pics of my scripts and error messages. I’ve tries two different ones and the error message still references ATK_HI no matter what.

I had the same problem with my leak detectors..finally got fed up and turned them off. Unfortunately, some water spilled onto one of the detectors and ruined it.

There appears to be an extra character in the ‘If ATK_HI CLOSED Then OFF’ command. The If ATK_LO command looks ok but the next one seems to have an extra space in between.

Is there a special character or something embedded in it?

I would copy and paste the program into Notepad, ensure you remove any extra spaces etc and then copy and paste it back into Fusion to ensure you aren’t introducing a special character that may confuse the Apex.

Here is something I’d check. In your FMM setup check to see if the sensors are set to auto detect the type or if they are set to optical. I had similar random problems with both optical and flow sensors when it was set to auto detect. I set them to the appropriate sensor type and that fixed my random errors

I am sorry to hear this. I have had good results when I called. I will say, one time they were very busy and said the tech would call me back and he didn’t. I had to call back, but then he spent over an hour helping me fix everything! This happened once out of several calls.

Try reloading program under "tasks" in fusion. What I don't understand - in your messages it says "If ATK_HI CLOSED then ON". It should be then OFF. You might also check that jacks going into are seated properly. Bumped mine once and had all kinds of strange warnings.
