I am setting my 90 gal back up after being down for a few months since we purchased a new home. I want to upgrade my Chinese ebay led's to something a little better with more controlability. I currently run an apex. I also have 2 t5's. What do you all recommend that is not too expensive?

What's your budget?

The SB Reeflights produce is good and doesn't cost an arm and a leg:

Mike has a youtube video on how to modify the lights for Apex control, if he doesn't already have a model that comes Apex ready.

Would like to stay under 800. I will check out SB

I like the SB lights. Think I will call them

Be prepared that those led bulbs don't come factory set with programing. Bought the hydra 52s from Dr fosters and returned them. Look at reef breeders. The new photons

You are looking to replace them for controlability, but how do you like their lighting intensity?

The 2 lights I have put out diff colors and my corals did not look too happy the last time I had the tank set up. After EVERYTHING I ended up ordering the retrofit kit from SB lights. Looking forward to them.
