Need opinions on what corals to get

So my parents are going on a roadtrip for valentines and are going to stop by the coral store for me but I need some advice on what corals I should get. They are going to have to stay in the bag for a day since they are staying the night. I already have mushrooms, candy cane, and gsp. What other easy corals should I get? I really want a hammer but am not sure how well it will far being stuck in a bag for a little over a day.

I’ve had mail order corals delivered countless times including hammer corals and all sorts, which have been ok for certainly 24 hours during transit. If they have a small amount of activated carbon even better

You have to make sure the temperature is maintained. These are in thermal boxes with heat packs and are actually designed to last 72 hours worst case.

If your parents can do that then hopefully they will be ok. I’m not saying maintain 25c but don’t let them get cold

Agreed, in a zip-lock rolling around the back seat nothing will survive. In a Styrofoam box with a 40h heatpack, almost anything would make it home. How about some ZOAs?
