Need Orchid dottyback with what happened to it

I have had a orchid dottyback for a few weeks now and came home from work and noticed he wasn’t swimming and was lying on his side then I seen that he had what looks like a sore on his back fin unfortunately he didn’t make it much longer after noticing that I would really appreciate any help I don’t want to lose anymore fish

The only thing in the tank is two Yellow Line Gobys and 5 Chromis do you think they could had done it and if it’s bacteria should I start dosage something for it to cause it not to spread

I don’t see anything wrong with the fish that are still in the tank

This happened to one of mine a year ago. It was in copper past 30 days. I had to put him down. I remember jay telling me it’s possible the lengthy time I copper could have done that
