Need plumbing idea’s

How would you go about the best way to plumb these 3 tanks together. Right side is drain, left side is the return.

3 way tubing(something like this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Charlot...ule-40-S-x-S-x-S-Tee-PVC024001600HD/203812205) on the bottom 2 rows, then a 2 way(something like this: ) on the top row, then lead it back to a sump like this:
