I need a new pump for my gfo reactor. It will go in the sump of a 40g tank. What brands, gph does everyone recommend? I don't need top of the line, but do want something reliable. Thanks!

I've been using a Cobalt MJ1200 on my GFO reactor ( Rated for 295 GPH) , I don't have too much head pressure to push it through though so it works for me. Tumbles just fine and never any real issues, but it's also not winning any awards. I would like to know what other people are using too!

I don't remember what gph my last (rio) pump was, but it was way too weak.

So it fits in the sump ok?

Yeah its not too large of a pump maybe the size of an apple. I use it on a BRS dual reactor so its actually tumbling my GFO and Carbon
Cool. I ordered it. Thanks for the recommendation
