Need radion help

I know this is silly but I have never owned a Radion before. I did hook it to the computer and got the program set. So now I finally got a par meter and realize that I do not have enough Par in my tank so I need to lower the light. to connect the USB wire to my laptop for EcoSmart live it says to ensure the light is on before you connect the wire. The manual says to push all three buttons at once to turn light on. When I do that it just beeps. So do I have to wait until the schedule is running and the light is on before I can make any changes or is there a way to turn this light on so I can connect it to a laptop when the light is off?

Connect radion to power then to the laptop. You can make changes while the radion is not on I believe. I just played with the website last night until 2 am trying to figure out how it works. When you connect the radion to your laptop go to the top right and click on Radion. Then on the left side click Live Demo and underneath that you can increase the intensity of your setting sliding the bar located at the far right. It is grey looking I believe. Then your laptop will send those settings to the radion.

This is what I did

Download EcoSmart connection manager to my laptop

Run the connection manger

Go to EcoSmart website and login

Plug light in via usb cable

Then it should show up in the EcoSmart web site, if I remember correctly your going to have to add the light to an “aquarium”. From there you can import a template such as AB+ and set your time and intensity

Thanks. It worked for me like that when I first set the light up. I was wanting to make changes. It kept saying offline. Once the light turned on at 11 i was able to make changes.
