Hello everyone! Im having a algae problem in my tank and cant really understand why. I have checked my water multiple times and everything is normal but my algae is growing like crazy. Any advice on what I can do to help get rid of this crazy algae?

Can you turn your blues off, and post some more shots that have better detail?

It will help others, to rule in or out if your dealing with dinos.

Looks like cyano and hair algae. You will need to run GFO to pull the phosphates out of your rocks and system. I agree could be dinos but is hard to tell from the picture. I don't see any long vertical strings which I associate with dinos.

What is normal for your water? Can you give us numbers?

What type of CUC do you have and how big is the tank? How old is the tank?

There is Cyano, diatoms and beginning of hair algae present all leading to possible, inadequate water movement and phoshates present.
What lighting are you using?
What type of water are you using(which may have phosphate content)
Do you have a clean up crew?

I would take a turkey baster and scoop up loosened matter or siphon it.
