Hello, I bought from a companies livesale a week or so ago on here and got a TCK Balrog acro. I got my packages and most things looked great except for this coral. the other two sps came in brown but are showing PE. I expect browned out corals as I have ordered online from different companies numerous times. But this came in pale and no PE and I have yet to see PE on this coral at night or during the day. I have it on a frag rack low on my tank hoping to recover. I reached out to the company 2hrs after arrival to document my concerns but I havent heard from them. i received the corals Tuesday. Any advice on this specific coral and what I should do? Its kind of hard for me to tell if it has gotten any darker? Still no PE. I know some people will want to know chemistry so here you go :

Nitrate 5ppm
PO4: .12 (I keep mine at this amount to get the color/ growth I have)
Alk: 9.2
Calc:420
Mag:1360
Salinity: 1.025

Flow is provided by 2 gyre xf250's on 70% pulse mode
Lighting is done by 6 sbreeflights at 100% both channels and 2 t-5 bulbs. (the lights have been turned down so I can acclimate the corals to their new locations except for the balrog). My pics were taken under just t-5's

Not gonna lie, it looks fine. The piece had very little pe in the vender’s pictures.

I can’t tell from the picture is it white or does it still have some pigment. Did the bag smell when you opened it possible STN.

nah its alive it just whiteish, coral bag did not smell/was not cloudy. I guess i was not expecting to see a white acro with no PE. Just didn't know if anybody know this piece and what frags usually look like,

Yeah. When you compare it to the original picture it looks around the same. But the venders picture compared to other examples of this coral looks like poop.

thats what I was thinking lol. Other vendors made this coral look amazing and im hoping it tuns out like that. Im hoping it recovers well and will become a smoking piece.

Center one is my piece when I got one. It has died since my tank was new about 3 years ago. I jumped on acros a bit to early.

I would keep it low light and wait. Some pieces take forever to color back up.

I agree it didn't look like much different before you got it.
