Need some advice so I don't screw this up

Okay, I have two blue star wrasse and a big 'ol coral beauty in the QT. Its a ten gallon. It has a good bit of established rock/bio media and two HOBs. I keep it up 24/7. Put some sand in Tupperware for the wrasses which they use. I keep a close eye on Ammonia, but have never had a problem. Have water change water on standby.

Not really concerned about the coral beauty, concerned about the wrasses, have never had any before. They have all been in for a full 7 days now. This is the fifth day after Prazi treatment. All appears well, though now I am having second thoughts about next course of action.

Should I go ahead and dose Prazi again?

And then, copper or not to copper. I have Cuprion, which is ionic. On the fence about dosing the wrasses. I've read here that if I do I need to bring the level up slowly to therapeutic level. And then what is therapeutic level for ionic? 0.4? 0.5? I have dosed dwarf angels all the way up to 2.0 previously with no apparent problems. I have the Hannah Copper tester.

Anyway, I sure would like to hear from medication and wrasse pros about what they think I should do.

Thanks in advance. Really do not want to kill my fish, which currently appear to be doing just fine; and I do not want to introduce something bad into the DT above all else. I also have Kana and Metro for just in case, do they have a role in the QT for these?

@HotRocks and @4FordFamily are our Leopard Wrasse experts with lots of experience specifically with this fish.

I would use copper power with them, personally. I would use copper but the rock is going to absorb some, so you’re going to find that irritating. The sweet spot IME is 1.75 PPM per the copper checker.

Have you fed with general cure and focus soaked foods yet? Leopards get a lot of internal parasites which causes them to suddenly die.

My leopard wrasse has gone through two separate cupramine treatments with no issue, but was an established fish i had for years. I had sand during these treatments, so that may have helped too.

See what the experts say. I've heard of issues with them and copper, but didn't experience it on my end. Good luck.

So far only treatment is the Prazi, once. When the wrasses arrived one was struggling pretty bad, gaping at the top of the water and was weak, really didn't think she was gonna make it. However, now they are both out and about acting as I would expect they would. To otherwise treat for internals I believe I would have to dose the tank as they are not taking food yet.

On a side note, one of the wrasses pecks around the tank feeding, but ignores food fed to the tank, the other I have not seen take food. Coral beauty also I have not seen take food yet. Have tried a variety of foods, but so far none are actively feeding. I've read Prazi can be an appetite suppressant? More information, not sure how relevant.
