Need some advise please

A few questions but first here is my info -
40 gallon bow front
HOB filter
Media - Matrix sponge and carbon
Protein skimmer
Light - current ic loop

Live stock
Rainbow anemone
Bubble coral
Two clowns
Three cardinals
One anthesis
Two chromsis

1) my anemone kept moving and got into a small area that I could get to so I had to turn the rock upside down and I think he's going to stay where he is - but does he look okay?

2) I don't like how my rock looks now that I had to move everything around - any suggestions?

3) I can't grow the good purple algee ??? How do I do this - I did buy purple tech by Kent

4) something is eating my snails? Who and why???

1. He looks fine to me. Give him some time to settle in. How long have you had it and how long has your tank been up and running?

2. I like the two separate islands with the one connecting piece between but I would lose the one sticking straight up, looks out of place IMO

3. You just need to seed the tank with some of the coralline algae and maintain sufficient calcium levels. Do you test for calcium? You can get seeded by a frag plug or even snail shell with a little on it

4. What have you got in the tank? Could be a known inhabitant or a hitchhiker

1) I've had the tank for six months and I had it for a month

2) I hate moving this dang rocks but I will try to move everything

3) I do text but the CA is always Low -like 380 so I dose once a week

4) that's it some Hermit crabs

Coralline will come in time with the right calcium and alkalinity levels. Can take a long time to accumulate. Just take it slow. As far as your anemone, they move, sometimes for months before finding the right light and water flow.
