about to run the lines for the AWC before I put up the paneling (moisture proof). I have questions.

1. Is it better to push or pull with the DOS over a 30 foot distance?
2. Is it better to use big arcs or push connect elbows? (I want to limit leak points and none will be in a wall)
3. Will it get hot enough in the attic to make much of a difference? (I know before we got the new roof put on it got to 127 in the attic haven't tested since.)

I need to know ASAP how to proceed.

I appreciate your input.

I’d personally say less cuts the better within reason everything else you won’t have any issues with

So big arcs. Well, not too big. I will just be careful not to kink the hose around the two or three bends I will need.

I appreciate your input.

Also if you are really worried about the attic I might recommend you get some pipe insulator from Home Depot and route RO line through it so that you can have a little peace of mind

My DOS is set to add on both sides
Pump 1= left side pulls the new salt from my container then sends it 80 feet to my tank
Pump 2= pulls from my tank 80 feet away and sends it to the drain behind my washer and dryer
the left side of each pump is where the water comes in then leaves the right side

Once you set up the left side then just copy the settings to the right side

I do 2.5 gallons from 4-6am in the morning

Awesome!

I will be doing about 5 or 6 gallons a day. I will have to finish setting everything up to know the amount I am doing but will probably just err on the side of caution and do 6.

Good idea.

I have two cases of it for when we move the water heater in a couple months. I will just use it for this and get more.

Better to push with almost any pump.
(Well pumps are at the bottom.)
As to elbows vs bends. Bends always less resistance, at low pump speeds, not much of a difference.
