Need some details through startup. Any help welcome

Hi, today I started my aquarium (redsea reefer 200L g2) I already added the rodi water, heater and salt earlier this week, because I dont have enough storage for 200L of salt water in buckets.
So today I added my caribsee liverock and 1 bag (20 pounds/10kg) of oceandirect sand. I notice a lot of foamy white bubbles and the water is extremely cloudy for the past 10 hours. But I followed the brstv advice and didn't add my filter sock and sponge filter, or should I?
I have another bag of caribsea aragalive special grade sand (there was only 1 bag ocean direct available) but because the water is so cloudy I can't see if there is enough sand. So how long should I wait before I can see if I should add more sand?
And, should I wait adding the bacteria before adding extra sand or can I already add them and add the sand tomorrow or in a few days? When should I start ghost feeding? I dont have any ammonium additives to speed up the cycle. But Im going to use nite out 2 from microbe lift.

Any comments, tips or answers are welcome.

The CaribSea sand should have come with a water clarifier. If you already added that in, I would just let the water sit without running the return pump and let the particles sink to the bottom (it may take around a day or so, at least from my experience). Better to add all the sand you want now as I ended up adding some later and my tank was cloudy for a couple days, but it eventually clears up. Keep filter socks and sponge filters out if you are running the return as they will just collect the sand particles floating in the water, which isn't really that useful. You can add the bacteria now and if you want more sand, add later (that's what I did), but either way it won't disrupt anything crucial. I started ghost feeding ammonia chloride the second I added the bacteria in. You can add it immediately after the bacteria so long as there isn't any livestock in the tank already.

Also, welcome to the hobby! I just got started myself so I had a lot of the same questions you had, but I am through the initial setup and everything is looking good.

So it doesn't matter if there is no flow for more than a day? Even after adding bacteria and ghostfeeding?

I dont want to disrupt the cycle by turning off my return pump

I just did my cycle and I didn't have the return pump on for most of it because I didn't have the plumbing to the sump hooked up yet. It still worked fine. I had the wave makers on most of the time but not for the first few days.

I agree with dumping all the sand now and then wait a few days to let it clear. I never did use the clarifier that came with my sand since it cleared up before I got very far with adding water. I only added 5 gallons at a time so it took a while.
