I have a 180G mixed reef. I am dosing NOPOX, AcroPower, and am using GFO, Carbon and Biopellets.

I run a NYOS skimmer, Ca Reactor and UV sterilizer.

I have read so many opinions on this that my head is spinning.

I can't tell if dosing all of the above is harmful, helpful, necessary or unnecessary.

Is there any consensus on all of this?

It depends. Are your corals happy? What are your nutrients at? Do you have to dose nitrates? Each tank is different, so they need different things. If you need all of that to keep things stable, then keep them. If you are working hard at trying to keep the equipment up and your tank stable, then you might want to consider slowly reducing the equipment.

Biopellets and NoPox are for the same thing - carbon dosing for nitrate removal. I'ts kind of redundant to do both. If you ditch one or the other your dosage will change but I dont think it hurts besides the experiences Ive heard about biopellets wiping over stripping water and affecting corals. I never had this experience myself though. I've never used acropwer so I cant speak for that. Carbon and GFO are fine and both work well.

I say if its working for you let it ride.

Tank healthy? Animals happy? Why are you asking, just because you've read something that made you concerned? Eh. There's lots of opinions given... you have to find what works for you. Other people will have greatly varying opinions... that's fine. No need to act on any of them. Here's mine:

Greybeard's rules of reefing:
1) Nothing good happens fast.
2) Keep your grubby mitts out of the darned aquarium.
3) Stability. Most marine animals can handle a wide variety of conditions, but virtually NONE can handle rapid changes in their environment.

If nothing is 'wrong' with your tank, then see #3. Don't change anything if it's not broken... and if you do, move slow.

As Chuk said, bio-pellets and NoPox are basically equivalent... different methods of carbon dosing for nitrate control. I'd normally not recommend both. Pick one, and slowly eliminate the other.

The other items you list, no problem... unless something isn't working for you, I wouldn't recommend changing a thing.
