His frags as super healthy. The first one I received was great. Then got covered up with sand by one of my fish while I was out of town in business. I moved it and now it is growing back.

Most of my dealings here, private and vendor does honor that DOA policy irregardless of circumstances. In special cases, which didnt happen in my dealings before, they initially state that in black and white with their own DOA policy, if issues arises such as this.
