Need some help about sohal

I have sohal in my qt about two week. And today I see his mouth left side is trun black and crak
And body know what happen

Looks like it scrapped it on something or ran into something when startled. Keep an eye on it but i wouldn't do anything for it at this point other than feed it lots.
