I just started this tank about 2 to 3 week ago and it is very cloudy. I know it going a cycle but I did not have this problem with my first tank. Also I am getting lot of this brown stuff

Looks like a bacterial bloom and diatoms. To me it looks like a normal part of your cycle. You can turn down/off the lights to help with the diatoms if you want, but otherwise it looks like you're on the right path :) What are you using to cycle the tank?

To be honest nothing on let it take it’s course

Must wait it out. It’s known as New Tank uglies and part of cycle process. A clean up crew with snails will help somewhat but not alleviate.
Adding carbon such as chemipure will help with clarity
