Need some help id'ing this - coral?

Hello,

Signed up to R2R today to get some help with a couple of IDs. This is the first. Appeared in my tank since changing to LEDs. Growing on a piece of dead white coral. Appears to be soft, non-corraline, and they don't appear to open.
