Need some help regarding saltwater aquarium

There are 2 ways to drop nitrates, a well stocked refugium or water changes.

Using tap water is a lead source for problems.
 
Yeah many people told me that about tap water.how often water change will resolve my issue?
 
Just because high nitrates my corals are not growing and algae is coming in rock?thats the reason?
 
It will be difficult to do that.
Tap water and salt water tanks are like mixing oil with water.
 
Wow! Brian, I thought that I was looking a pic of the sump too. But it's the DT! Dashing.dayaa, if you can't afford to purchase an RO/DI unit yet, check with your LFS. They should sell RO/DI water by the gallon.
 
Yes Use Rodi to mix your salt. Use RODI to "top up" the tank when it evaporates.
 
I am not wasting time the other thread i opened was related to cyano bacteria and this thread for all over issues i had
