Need some help setting up doser

I'm having a tough time with my doser. I would like to dose 30 ml of 2 part a day but air always gets into the line and I know it's not getting the correct amount.

Any advice?

Purge the line into a bottle until the air is completely removed, then pour the bottle into the dosing container and let the doser do its job.

Check your lines carefully. You may need to try different types of tubing. I know there's a lot popular cool looking stuff out there but if it let's air in it's useless. I tried to use RO tubing and it let air into the system. I switched to plain old clear vinyl tubing and have had zero issues.

I do have some silicon tubing I haven't tried yet but if it's not broke I'm not messing with it. Other than that, do as the previous poster suggested and purge all the air out of the lines into a separate container then empty the product back into your dosing container once the lines are clear.
