I have been trying to remove what I believe is dinos. I have went lights out for 3 days, then tried to manually remove. I tried lights out again for 4 days and going to do the same. I am noticing something all over the tank and specifically on the areas covered. Pictures were taken 2 days after having lights out for 4 days.

If those blue things are moving around then they're probably flatworms. These can be siphoned out with some airline tubing. As far as that purple stuff goes you might want to get yourself a soft brush and try to remove what you can right before your next water change. Maybe incorporate some sort of mechanical filtration for a few hours to catch the stuff as it floats around the water column. GL.

Looks like maybe flat worms?
Definitely moving around. They are every where. Any other way to remove beside manual?

Some fish will eat them, although I can't remember exactly which ones right now. You can also add chemicals to the tank to kill them. (Flatworm eXit) Not a big fan of this method.

Flat worm exit can cause a huge spike in a chemical that can harm a tank I believe. They put out a chemical when they die (flat worms) so have fresh salt water ready to do some changing
