Need some help with id

this is in newer tank that only has a Duncan coral, 2 clowns, gobby and a fox face
The white is the sand and tried blowing it off with turkey baster but won't come off. It's a really deep red that can be seen best in upper left part

Algae?... I'm unsure in pictures, can you highlight or provide better pictures

unfortunately this is best I can get since I can't get the sand, white all over it.

Might be some kind of algae, just never seen something like this, not thinking red slime since it's kinda thick and doesn't blow off easily

Lol, trying to get some other pics. If it turns out to be bad it'll be easy to take entire truck is on out, just would like to try and find out if it's good or bad before banishing it

The white on it is just sand? Red turf algae maybe?
