I got my setup from friend of mine and he has no idea who makes the skimmer. There are no markings on it anywhere. It seems to be doing a good job. I'd just like to know who makes it and how to adjust the water level. Sorry for the massive pics.

If its asm I think you move the exit pipe up and down to adjust the water level. It looks like the plumbing has been changed. The water exits out of the top of the pipe and runs down the pipe thru some foam that wraps around the exit pipe. You may have to add a gate valve to the exit pipe to raise the water level.

It looks just like my ASM G3.

As stated above where the water leaves the skimmer you move it up or down to change the skim level. The higher the tube is the wetter it will skim, and the lower the dryer.

Here is a picture of mine. If you look closely you can see where I have my "tube" set. ASM recommends setting it at the same height of the beginning of the neck.

Also it may be a good idea to do a mod on the pump. I am about to do one on mine and I have heard it really helps the amount of skimmate produced.

There was a thread started on it this week.

Hope this helps :)
