I have been feeding api general cure for 20 days now and still see the white stringy poop. I am mixing 1 tablespoon of food with 1 scoop api and 1 scoop focus. Is there something else i can try? Also, I'm worried that 20 days is too long and I may need to stop? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you are doing the right thing. I know that 3 weeks isn’t too long. Hopefully others will chime in.

Sometimes it takes up to 3 weeks to erradicate intestinal parasites or worms.

The other thing you could try would be fenbendazole.

Here's another option for you to consider. This one works particularly well on certain types of encysted roundworm parasites:

I had the same thing happen with an anthias. Went through 10 days of gc/metro dosing plus feeding gc/focus laced food for 2 weeks. Still had white stringy poop. Feeding fenbendazole/focus laced food seemed to do the trick for me.
