I introduced a GSP into my tank about a week or so ago and now fit seems my tank is getting hit hard with Flatworms I dipped the coral as directed so I don't know how I got them but the worse part is, Is I don't know how to get rid of them now. Can anyone please help.

If your tank can support it I'd get a six line wrasse. I've always liked them and they are like vacuum cleaners. There are a few other wrasses that I think do similar damage. I'm sure someone will chime in. There is also flatworm exit which I believe is reef safe.

As far as dipping. What did you dip with? While dipping were you constantly moving the water around or shaking the frag? Sometimes these pests can lodge themselves into tight spots so you really have to shake that frag around.

Yea I was shaking the frag but I was doing it real easy this was my first frag ever so I didn't wanna harm it was not sure how rough is to rough and its was coral RX

I would say a wrasse will do the job. I have a 6 line he is fat and I run no sand bed so he's eating something. Also a good dip that I use is Coral RX it does several things. I hope this will help you.

I used that but I don't think I shook the frag hard enough. I was not sure how hard it ' Hard' to get everything out and I got them as small as a pin needle and as big as my thumb nail i'm sucking them out as I see them but it just seems endless

I didn't put in coral in the QT because I thought once it goes into the COral rx It could go right into the DT i'm so new at this and I seem to be failing so hard ughhh....:squigglemouth:

Hey its okay. We all hit those bumps. In fact I am battling flatworms as well right now. I would try using the flatworm exit. (I think mine have become immune to it and I am resorting to other measures). Just hang in there.

Don't look at it as falling you didn't no that this was going to happen. I'm sure every reefer has come into a problem like this before " we'll at least I have " it takes time to get the hang of things. Just hang in there you will be fine once you get it under controll.
