I started my nano "reef" tank a couple months ago, and yesterday I decided to add an anemone. So I went and purchased a small bubble tip which I thought had nice colors. When I put him in, he was fine, but now today he looks very shriveled and small. I know they move and he has quite a bit, but us it ok? Thanks for the input!

It is probably just adjusting, but your tank still looks really new/sterile.

Also, being constantly on the move is an indicator that it can’t find the right conditions in your tank...

What are your latest NO3 and PO4 readings?
Can you be more specific on how old your tank is?
What size tank and what are you using for light and flow?

Agreed this looks like an unhappy nem. Bubble tips can hang in there for a while even when they look like this, but I would recommend addressing the points SDK references above.
