About 3 weeks ago I lost 7 fish in 2 days, 99% sure it was marine velvet. Tangs started scratching their sides off the sand and develope what it look like ich. I was treating for ich, started though it was about to go away and boom next day tangs had very light blotches of light white and black then dead (1st day), mandran was dead in overflow with no signs. Next day, yellow tangs dead and his gills were all red inside, both clown fish were found just dead on the bottom with nothing on them along with 1 wrassse on the second day.

Then 5 days go by and 2 chromis died... a week later I still have 2 chromis left and all my invert's, CUC, and corals.

Here is the questions.. pull the last 2 chromis out (if I can catch them and go fallow)?? Or just wait 90 days with the 2 chromis? My tank is a 180g.. really hard to catch them.

Unfortunately, to start your fallow period they need to come out and be treated with copper or cp in quarantine :/

Can you try the inverted bottle trick? Put some really tasty bait in it? I caught all my fish (9 of them) using an acclimation box rigged as a trap, a net, ....and strangely....disco-lights for my mandarin [emoji41]

Just add food to the bottle and wait :)

I'm sorry for your losses. I agree... you'll need to pull the chromis to be able to start the fallow period. I would suggest treating them in QT with copper or CP.
