Need some knowledge

These came on my pally rock. They have taken off really good and was wondering what exactly they are. Its about time for my pally rock to go and I would like to keep these. So if someone could help with identifying them and can they be removed? or should I cut the rock?

Not worried about the pallys at all.

It’s Gorgonian, you can cut the branches and rubber band them to a small rock and they will attach in time.
