Hey everyone,

I am looking to get a Deep Blue Rimless 80 tank, I wanted to get some ideas as to what other people think about these.

I'm hoping to set it up as a penninsula tank so i can utilize both sides of the rock work. I plan to have mostly SPS and Zoas, and a few special LPS mixed in for now.

I was also planning to put both my MP40's on the side with the corner overflow in hopes to keep the end of the tank free of equipments. Anyones see any issues with that? I plan to keep the rockwork someone low to the sand bed with a few peaks but nothing crazy that will block flow.

I will be using some leftover equipment from my previous tank. I have an 8 bulb tech light, mag 9.5 return pump, Skimz SK181 skimmer.

Thanks for reading!

Mike

I like the plan! :D Can't wait to see some pics!

Depending on the dimensions of the tank, your plans to keep the MP40's where they are could potentially cause a sandstorm. What are the dimensions of the tank?
