Hi all.

Just after some opinions, most of my fish are blue, I’m looking for a bit of red in the tank.

I like the blue stripe red damsel but they are flaming hard to come by in the uk.

Any other suggestions?

275 litre cube
Platinum clowns
2 yellow fin damsels
1 flymo blenny.
Mixed reef.

Cheers

a couple of anthias can fit in that tank, they are orange-redish color, depending which type of anthias you can get.

yellow banded possom wrasse is red, hawkfish, flame cardinal....

It's been a hard road, but I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel regarding battling GHA. Between lower phosphates, lower nitrates, no white lights, scrubbing the rocks every two weeks (the ones I can), a proper CUC, adding a refugium, etc etc. It feels good to (fingers crossed) not be losing ground and actually feel like you are making some up. This weekend I plan to pull all the rock out again, get 2 aptasia that I can't reach and scrub 80% of the rock I can. The one rock I haven't been able to do much with is the zoa colony in the pictures. I have tried cutting it, but that is easier said then done. This colony is made up of about 50 frags from about 4 years ago I think. In one picture you can see how the GHA has settled in on some of the zoas, they are not all like that, but about 30% are like that. I wish Zoa's were immune to peroxide, I heard that will instantly kill GHA (and everything else it comes in contact with). Does anyone have any suggestions? Or is this my excuse to get a lowboy and create about 40 zoa frags?

Interesting. I looked at images and they are in fact a shade of red. I've had one for 10 months but it is brown not red :thinking-face:
EDIT: I second the flame hawk. Mine was cool with personality.
From google images looks like it could be red or brown, or maybe its the lighting?
IDK, my yellow watchman is beige, nowhere near yellow, so who knows

What are the dimensions?
Volume IME is useless for fish, most of them want to swim and you could have a tall tank and a thin length/width.

Ruby red dragonette
Flame hawk
longnosed hawk
flame angel
peppermint basslet

Not a fish obviously, but the fire red cleaner shrimp are pretty striking

My lyertail anthias male is kinda red and the females are a bright orange which would stand out with your other blue fish
