Looks like st. Thomas mushroom or frammer (frogspawn/hammer hybrid)

If it has a stony skeleton, then I would say it is some sort of bubble coral. Most likely a physogyra.

Btw my tank is a 12galloon nano. It’s a newly setup tank about 2 months old now. For my water parameters, got the result tested from LFS yesterday are
ALK: 7.7
pH: 8.1
Phos: 0.2
Ca: 415
Mg: 1325
Ammo: 0.1
Nitrite: 0.0
Nitrate: 5
Salinity: 1.025
Using RODi water
currently on spectra aquaknight v2 running on 15% blue, 15% royal blue, 0% white. On peak only run about 25%, 25%, 0% white since i dont have light demanding corals.
currently have
1 mandarin goby, 1 clown, 1 shrimp & 1 snail
1 hammer, 1 small open brain coral & the coral in the picture above.
anything that i should worry about?
