So my 25g is just about done cycling. I eventually want 4 fish:
Green Clown goby
Midas Blenny
Royal Gramma
Randall's goby
Which order should I put them in the tank?

I don’t see any compatibility issues with your list.

I would personally add the Midas last with that group, as the others are fairly docile.

But not necessary.

Start with what you have listed. Then add some more later.

Don't rush the decision and get a fish you regret.

Also starting small and adding more will slow your biological filtration to adjust to the bio load.

Midas blenny last. Besides that, the order doesn't matter too much.
