i think no prob w both 250 350 ,recommend 3/4" ply under tank catching all feet ,will distribute weight evenly over square feet,= less weight ,but enough beef even without imo

Final plan... sister up the relevant joists and go with something about the size of the 350, so 90-100gal total system volume.
all of them!!You know, you could run pipes through your floor and make the crawlspace a fish room. Yeah, I see it now, big sump = less weight on the upper floors, sink, ro unit etc....
