Need sugestions and/or help on new tank

Ok, This is what I am up too. I am going to upgrade from my BC 14 to a 75g. Well I didn't dip anything in the begining. I want to try to fix this mistake when I change over to the new tank so I can try to achieve a pest free system. Not saying that I have any just want to make sure I dont.

First things first, how long can most coral pest live without food? I am talking AFEW, red bugs, nudis, and spiders. Just want to make sure none travel in the cheato or the sump, the sump will be on the holding tank for the fish while I setup the 75. I know need to dip the corals, and I have Coral RX pro and REVIVE. What other products should I get to dip the corals in, and what concentrations of the previous 2 products or any one mentioned and for how long. My corals consist mainly of SPS, some LPS and Zoas/Palys.

My next problem is how to start the tank, since I am using NO live rock, what do I do about the benificial critters I need. I have no idea what to buy or how much to buy. I have seen the GARF grundge you can buy and some bottles of other stuff you can purchase. Any suggestions here would be great, I have zero experience in this area, I am old shool and always used live rock.

I am not sure on the AEFW but the Revive and Coral RX should take care of the others. Will you be treating for red bugs?

I am pretty sure I dont have any red bugs or any other pest but i wanted to play it safe and dip the corals for everything that I could dip them for. What concentration would you suggest and how long to keep them in there.
