Okay, so I have a G3, a G4 and G5 XR30 on my 270 right now.
The G5 seems to work great through Mobius. The G4, Mobius recognizes, and says its controlling, but is almost never doing the same thing at the same time as my 1st light, seems to light for less time, seems to be off randomly, and I'm constantly unplugging it and plugging it back in.
The G3 doesn't connect, its got the old programing I had set it up with forever ago and seems to just keep doing its thing. I got a ReefLink, thinking that's what I needed to get them all synched up and doing the same thing, but now I'm confused... I plugged the ReefLink in, I hoooked it up to power, and to internet, and Mobius isn't picking up the ReefLink, now I haven't gotten a cord long enough to run all the way to connect to my light, but I'm wondering if I should, or If I'm going about this wrong.
I'm leaving out of town next week for 7 days so I really want to be confident my lights are functioning correctly.
Oh and also! I have my kessil controller ran to 2 of my 3 kessils but need one more cord to go from light 2 to light 3. I feel like if I knew what to type into the search bar on amazon I could find the cord for like, $5, but because I don't, I can't find them anywhere but BRS for $20. Can anyone post a link for me for one on Amazon for sale, or tell me the generic name for what I'm looking for? I have 360 tuna blues, it looks almost like, an audio plug in, smaller than a guitar more like the old school headphones.

The G5 Radions aren't compatible with ReefLink. Great, huh? So I believe with the ReefLink you can control the G3/G4 (at least if they have the WiFi chip), but only 1-2 through Mobius.

At some point your best bet would be to replace the G3 with a G5 and then in theory Mobius should be able to control all 3 (without the need for a ReefLink).

So, in the short term, so I need to get a usb cord to plug my reeflink into the G3 and G4, or should I be able to hook up wirelessly with the reeflink to the actual light?
If wirelessly how do I start the process? Do I have to download EcoSmart Live again to control the reeflink?

Alright, thanks guys!
I think I have the radion programming figured out, but now my G4 is doing this thing where it connects to Mobius, updates software, is in great shape - and then an hour later I come back and it’s completely out/off.
Sound like a short somewhere??
Any help on finding the Kessil connect cord? A link to amazing for one 6-10ft long would be ideal there.
