Need To kill past mushroom

I bought this series A month ago and didn't notice the mushroom on it. Now there are 10 to 12 purplish Gray mushrooms that I'd like to get rid of before they spread to the rest of the tank. Any suggestions?

Take a syringe filled with lemon juice and poke it inject the lemon juice... this should work and it's the easiest but don't do too much... do this once or twice for 3 days.

The acid should take it out. Do a water change once it's gone. I'd use 1 to 2 mil lemon juice... if you can remove the rock that's it's on and place into a bucket of water that would be best
