So my fox face in the past hour when I was feeding them learned while waiting for food at the surface he can blow bubbles. Now he keeps going to the top corner of the tank off and on and blowing bubbles at the surface. Is this something I need to worry about or just some quirk of his? Never seen a fish act or do that before. Thanks in advance.

Nope, they do this. For other fish it could mean ich or flukes in the gills, but foxfaces and rabbitfish just do it for some reason.

First I've seen him do it. Usually all the fish come stick their heads out when I turn the pumps off and hover food over the tank. Yes I am guilty of teasing them.. but he started blowing bubbles while waiting for the food now hes been going to the top and just blowing bubbles into the corner of the tank at the top of the water. Do I need to worry bout him jumping out now?

It's just so strange. But if yall say it's normal alright. I'll just keep an eye on him for a while. Wonder if it's just fun for him.

Yup, my One Spot likes doing this after eating. Weird fish for sure, but I love the guy.

Haha well alright then. Sure is a weird quirk to have. But amusing to watch.
