Need to raise my salinity.

It was at 1.019 I did a 30 G water change it only went up to 1.020. New to coral so trying to get it too 1.025 soon. What's the best approach? It's 125G long with a 55G sump. I have an unhappy frogspawn I'm trying to get back to health.

You can top off with salt water instead of ro as well as continue weekly water changes at a higher salinity. You don't want to raise it too fast or it will do more harm than good.
