The red sea reef wave 45 is by far the worst pump I have ever purchased ever! without a shadow of a doubt. This crap is red seas worst product and its disappointing. I understand these things slow down and need maintaining more regularly than others but I notice a significant drop just after one day.

I'm running a R.W. 45 and 25. I've not experienced what you have. It's far stronger and quieter than the jaebo CP line. Much easier to maintain than the max spec line..

Can you be a little more specific as to what the issues are?

It slows down way to quickly! I'm talking a day or 2 after cleaning it. Il clean it position it how i like it and its good, nice current with sudden stronger flow and the next day its just not the same, significantly weaker. To the point where I can put my hand in front of it and barely feel it. Compared to my big jaebo 20000L/hr and new tmc reeflow 2 the thing just feels weak and its suppose to push 15000l/hr

Without knowing how you have it configures it's hard to speculate. Do you have a schedule configured through ReefBeat? What wave pattern are you running?

It doesn't sound like Your unit is functioning properly. At 40% max, random pulse ,Mine will push water/ food from one side to the other of my 6 ft tank.
