Having an issue with one of my pumps and going on vacation in less than 24 hours... Of course! (lol). I'm 95% sure I have a pooched power supply, of course it's 13.5 months old... Grrrrrrr.

- The controller is flashing red/white. I cannot do any kind of factory reset on it at all. The 12 LED's flash with the white ring.
- If I switch the plug on the bottom of the controller to another pump, the same problem starts on the second pump.
- The green light on the power supply itself flashes very softly when unplugged from controller. When plugged in it flashes hard green/off completely.
- Now the weird part, I have an IceCap battery backup I installed only four days ago (another lol). If I plug the power supply into the backup wire splitter, it puts the other pump I have on the battery into backup mode. It's like it knows there's a fault with one of the power supplies and triggers the battery.

Before I go spend $60 on a new PS tomorrow before I leave, I just want a second opinion.

Thanks

Couple more notes;

- If I plug a second pump power supply into the battery backup cable, the second battery backup pump does not go into battery mode
- If I plug the actual cable from wall to PS into another PS, that second PS works fine.

I don't think I can isolate this any more, it simply has to be bad.
