Need zoa HELP

can anyone give me an idea whats going on with this colony of zoas? for the past three days more and more polyps have not opened and they are developing and darkish brown\black glob on the mouths. it almost seems like they are thowing up there insides and shrinking ( thats the best i can describe it) lol
i have other zoas in my tank but this colony is the only one having problems. Should I frag it and save what I can? or is this normal.

Don't bother them, the brown stuff is normal...at least mine do that every once and a while. Maybe they are pooping
