Hey everyone had this clown for a week now. Curious as tk what people think this may be. And no I didnt qt the fish. And params are:

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20
Temp 79
Sg 1.025

They seem like pimples but also like fuzz im alittle torn on what it could be

So just been feeding selcon soaked food and today they were much more active and even seem cleared up abit im highly doubting brook... These fish came from a fellow reefer in my area who has had them for 6 months everything in my tank was dry reef saver rock and dry sand all equipment was used but dry for more than 4 months plus i washed it all in vinegar. So I was really leaning towards ich due to the move to a new tank.
