nem adapting into new tank ..

I have a long tip nem that I am taking from a 55 with T5 lighting, into a new 125 with Ociean Revive LEDS .. I am wondering the proper way that I should introduce this nem into the new tank with the new lights ... Any tips will be greatly appreciated!

How many lamps and what wattage for those T5s?

Can you dim your LEDs?

If you can, and if there were at 100%, I would drop them to 25-50% (( depending on the answer to the T5 question )), and slowly ramp that back up (( over the course of 3 weeks )) to 100% (( or whatever % you are at now ))

If you can't change the intensity, you could use 3 layers of window screening, with removing a layer every 5-7 days.

They are 28 watt. BUT I have not changed them in probably 2+ years since I bought them new. As for my LEDs on my main DT, I have the blues at about 75% and the whites at about 50%. And yes, I can dim and chaange the settings for the LEDs

Ok I will do exactly that! Also, I believe it to be

Magnificent Heteractis magnifica. I bought it at a swap and it was HUGE .. since putting it into my 55 (with the 2 28 watts) is has gotten increasingly smaller. I am assuming it is because of the low light output? Will moving it under those LED's greatly improve it and bring it back to good health?​
