Nem cannon on Aptaisa ?

I've heard a lot about a nem cannon to remove BTAs, rock flowers and even shrooms... I've got a largish aptasia and was wondering if I could use the nem cannon to remove it?

It's the only one I've seen in the tank, so don't want to try nuke it and risk it spreading

I am not sure but it might be easier to poke it back into its hold and then put gel superglue or reef epoxy over it. As long as its enclosed into something it won't spread in the tank.
